Our Policies
Employee's Safety: Our employees are very important to
us, and we are very serious about keeping them safe, so they do not
use ladders with more than two steps or move anything heavier than
35 lbs.
Cancellation: If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled
cleaning day, please notify On Time Cleaning at lease two business
days before the scheduled day. If you tell us with in this time
frame you will not be charges if you fall late you will be charged
50% of the service cost.
Communication: To ensure that all your needs are addressed, please
correspond all requests and changes directly to the On Time
Cleaning's office manager. Please do not communicate these important
details with service providers. If for some reason you wish to
terminate your On Time Cleaning services, please come to our office.
Arrival Notice: If you wish to wait for your service provider to
give them access into your home, please realize we need a 30 minute
window in which we will arrive, however leaving a key at the On Time
Cleaning office is the best way for you to provide your service
provider access to your home.
Service Providers: Under no circumstances can you hire one of our
service providers. If such an instance would occur then we would
immediately terminate the employment of our service provider report
them to the base command so that they would not be able to access
the base.
Payments: For your convenience, On Time Cleaning gladly accepts the
following forms of payment: MasterCard/Visa/American Express, GI
BILLING, checks and cash. If you will be paying for your service
with cash or check the fee will be upfront before the service can be
completed. If you choose GI PAYBILL or Credit Cards we will charge
after the service is completed. All PCS service will be paid either
in cash or credit card before the service is performed.

Refunds: Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective
service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you
to be 100% satisfied with On Time Cleaning. So if you are not
completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply inform On Time
Cleaning office within 12 hours of your service and we will happily
re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied again.
Tipping: On Time cleaning never requires tipping, but it is a
powerful way to say thank you to your service provider. Remember
your appreciation need not be monetary. A personal note from you
expressing your appreciation for their service can mean a great
deal.
Loss and Damage: On Time Cleaning is willing to pay for damage up to
$50.00. In this instance we will need pictures of the item, a price
from a reliable source, and a written statement explaining what
happened and how our service provider was involved.
Business Hours: On Time Cleaning office hours are Monday, Tuesday,
Wed, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 1000 to 1800 and Sunday and holidays
off. |
